These terms cover all products sold on our site, including hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and merch from every Drake era we carry, from OVO to Certified Lover Boy to For All The Dogs. Placing an order means you’re accepting these terms as they stand.

Using Our Website
You’re welcome to browse our catalog, build a cart, and check out freely, as long as you’re using the site the way it’s meant to be used. We don’t allow anything that could damage the site, slow it down for other shoppers, or compromise how it functions.
Sharing our product pages with friends or on social media is totally fine and honestly appreciated. What’s not fine is trying to scrape our pricing data, attempting to break into customer accounts, placing fake or fraudulent orders, or copying content from our site without permission. Anyone caught doing this risks having their access to drakemerchstore.com restricted or blocked entirely.
Products, Pricing, and Orders
Everything listed on our site, from hoodies to Scorpion era merch, is subject to stock availability. We try to keep inventory numbers accurate in real time, but occasionally an item sells out faster than our system updates. If that happens after you’ve already ordered, we’ll reach out with a refund or a suitable alternative, whichever you prefer.
Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. That email confirms we received your order, not that it’s guaranteed to ship. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
All prices are listed in USD and reflect what you’ll be charged at checkout, taxes included where applicable. We may adjust prices from time to time, but whatever price you see at the moment of purchase is what you pay. Discount codes apply only during their active window and can’t be used after they expire.
We do our best to make sure photos and descriptions match the actual product, but keep in mind that screen displays vary, so colors might look slightly different in person.
Payments
Every transaction on drakemerchstore.com runs through secure, encrypted payment processing. We accept major cards along with other payment options shown at checkout. By entering your payment details, you’re confirming you’re authorized to use that method.
Charges happen at the time your order is placed. If a payment fails or gets declined, your order won’t go through and you’ll be notified right away so you can try again. We never store your full card details on our end, that’s handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment partners.

Shipping
We ship worldwide, and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option you pick at checkout. Estimated timelines are just that, estimates, not guarantees. Customs delays, holidays, or carrier issues can occasionally push delivery back a bit.
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get tracking info so you can watch your package move.
If you’re ordering from outside the US, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Those charges aren’t included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility. Worth checking your local rules before you order.
If your package is delayed, lost, or shows up damaged, contact us and we’ll work with our shipping partners to figure out what happened and get it resolved.
Returns and Refunds
We want you happy with what you ordered. If something’s not right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags attached.
To start a return, email contact@drakemerchstore.com with your order number and a quick note on why you’re returning it. We’ll send over instructions and the return address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake, like sending the wrong item or something arriving damaged.
A few things can’t be returned once they’ve been worn, washed, or had tags removed, for hygiene reasons. Limited drops and sale items may also fall outside our standard return window, so check the product page if you’re unsure.
Our Content and Designs
Everything on this site, product photos, written descriptions, layout, graphics, belongs to drakemerchstore.com or our content partners and is protected under standard intellectual property law. Copying or reusing any of it without permission isn’t allowed.
Designs tied to Drake’s various eras and projects are used under appropriate licensing and commercial arrangements. Reproducing these designs without authorization is strictly off limits.
Where We Stand on Liability
To the extent the law allows, drakemerchstore.com isn’t responsible for indirect or incidental damages tied to your use of our site or the products you buy from us. That includes things like lost profits or data loss stemming from site use.
If a claim ever comes up, our liability won’t exceed what you actually paid for the order in question. This doesn’t override any protections you’re entitled to under consumer law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that can’t be worked out directly will be handled through the appropriate courts, and by using our site, you agree to that process.
