Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice to our designated copyright agent. Your counter-notice needs to include:
A description of the content that was removed or blocked.
The URL or page where it used to appear before removal.
Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, confirming your good faith belief that the content was removed in error.
Confirmation that you accept the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you’re outside the US, any federal court where drakemerchstore.com operates, and that you’ll accept legal documents from the original complainant or their representative.
Your signature, handwritten or electronic.
How We Handle Counter-Notices
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we’ll pass a copy along to the original complainant and let them know we plan to restore the content within ten business days unless they take further legal action.
Repeat Infringers
We don’t have patience for repeat offenders. In line with the DMCA, we reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on others’ intellectual property, and we may take action even without a pattern of repeated violations if the situation calls for it.
